His Hands was born out of a passion and a vision to be the hands and feet of God on the earth. We can only touch God as we touch others. We believe that everyone wants to be whole physically, spiritually, and emotionally. His Hands Free Community Nursing Outreach center was formed to be an instrument of healing and a tool of enablement toward that end.

Our mission is :

• To provide a facility where healthcare professionals can evaluate, educate, train,
  and advocate underserved populations.
  
  
• To alleviate healthcare barriers that prevents these populations from receiving
  adequate, timely and informed healthcare.
  
  
• To promote a holistic approach to health and wellness.
  
  
• To enable consumers to take charge of their own healthcare.
