Some of the services we offer families to improve their lives and those of their community are:

• Providing school-aged children and youth with clothing and tools for learning thru our annual
“Back 2 School Bash”.

• Providing families and children with food, gifts and toys through our annual “Baskets and Bundles” Christmas Outreach.

• Providing healthcare education, training, screening, referrals and advocacy to the underserved thru the
“His Hands” FREE Drop In Community Nursing Outreach Center located at 121 Driving Park Ave Rochester, NY 14613.
